Amber Smith, Arrangements Chair

I am very excited to be a part of Sparks Republican Women.  What a great opportunity to network and build friendships with such incredible women.

I am a native Nevadan born and raised.  I attended many elementary schools, Pine Middle, and graduated from Earl Wooster High School in 2002.  I graduated from Truckee Meadows Community College with an Associates in Architecture and then with a BS degree in Interior Design from the University of Nevada Reno in 2010. I am currently studying with a celebrity make-up artist Robert Jones to receive my certification to become a certified make-up artist.

I married my high school sweet heart Eric Smith in 2004.  We have had some amazing opportunities to travel to many places including: Italy, New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Napa.  We visit Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Napa regularly because they are easy to get to when we want to get a way for a weekend.  We have had the opportunity to try some world class cuisine and our most recent was The French Laundry by Thomas Keller in Napa.

After graduating college, I took a giant leap of faith into the world of Entrepreneurship with my Mary Kay business.  It’s been quite a journey of self-discovery.  I am so ecstatic to become a leader and mentor for many incredible women.   What I love is educating women on application techniques and help them choose color that will bring out their true natural beauty.

When I am not traveling, eating, or working with my business I love to workout, read inspirational books, yoga, walk my French bulldog, Chanel, and watching mindless TV.
